ADVANTAGES OF UV LED LARGE FLATBED FORMAT PRINTER
We use industrial Ricoh or Konica Minolta printheads in our UV printers. The head plate allows to install up to 12 print heads in 2 rows. At the same time , you can increase the productivity of the printer, upon condition that additional print heads are installed at any time.
We use new generation water cooled UV LED lens lamps to ensure efficient ink curing. The physical inventory of the screen allows you to adjust the power of the lamps, as well as control their temperature. 24 months warranty or 5000 hours of working.
The printer is equipped with a material collision protection (Crash System). This will eliminate errors that can occur during printing and prevent damage to the most expensive printhead material.
Visual control of the ink level will allow you to control the remaining ink of each color, and the CISS system will not slow down the printing process. You just need to shake up the ink well and pour it into the printer system.

On LeoPrint we can install a vacuum table with four independent blowing zones and reverse vacuum. This will significantly increase the possibilities of printing on materials and will simplify the work on the printer as much as possible.
